Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Stripe will collect your card at checkout but will not charge it until your 7-day trial ends. Cancel any time before then at no cost.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel during a trial, you're never charged. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspace data stays in the system for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your full workspace as JSON any time from the dashboard before cancelling.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing portal. Stripe handles proration automatically so you only pay for what you use.
